Manuka Lodge is a double storey 5 bedroom family home. It enjoys absolute waterfrontage with views and access to a safe and sandy beach. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, separate modern bathroom and wc, an open plan modern kitchen, a large dining and entertaining area. There is also an elevated sunroom that leads out on to a magnificent split level deck that commands spectacular views of Westernport. A gas bbq is available for your outside entertaining. Downstairs has a further two bedrooms with three single beds in each. There is a second bathroom with a toilet, a laundry with washing machine and a large rumpus room with TV and fridge to give you greater flexibility. An undercover deck area exists with sea views for those quieter moments away from the heat of the day or others in your group.
